Thanksgiving Weekend 2015

Well, it's been an okay week so far. I ended up staying up really late on Tuesday night working on an IEP for work. Then ended up falling asleep by 9 on Wednesday. I was going to go to the Y and run on the treadmill, but after getting Ava ready for bed I went for my sweats instead of my running pants. Not my best choice probably. It also didn't help me get anything done because I was too comfy and tired! I skipped kettle bells tonight to watch the Packer game - and they are currently playing like crap! Hope the second half is less disappointing.

As for my water goal, I was on my second bottle yesterday when I fell asleep early ... and I only got one in so far today. I should try to drink another one before bed, but then I'll probably wake up having to pee! So far I've only hit my goal 1/3 days. Today I had the first one gone plenty early, I just had a meeting during my prep hour and never went to refill it back up. If I don't at least start the second bottle before leaving work, it is really tough to get in. So - going to have to be more proactive!

Anyway. As we move on with December traditions and celebrations, I wanted to get my Thanksgiving weekend pictures up and shared. For your viewing pleasure!

Making Nama and Papa proud, even if we did lose to da Bears.

Chad and Ava at my sisters. I stayed cooped up on my parents couch and in their bathroom!

With the picture she colored me to feel better! Love her heart.

after supper we went to the Making Spirits Bright light display. Second year in a row - but last year we got there on one of the last night instead of opening night!

When we got home Saturday afternoon, we put up our Christmas tree!

She was pretty proud!

Hello, December! My favorite view of the season.
