90th Birthday Party

My Grandma turned 90 last Friday, July 10. We celebrated with family over the weekend. What a memorable day. My grandma is one of those people I strive to be like. She has a smart, yet common sense about her. She is always willing to lend a hand. She cares deeply. I wish I had more opportunities to just truly get to know her and discuss life! I hope we get to celebrate many more birthdays with her.

singing happy birthday

loved when we got to "happy birthday to" and the mix of names (mom, grandma, Ruthie)

she even prepared a speech!

a sweet moment between my grandma and her sister-in-law

this is two sister-in-laws and a niece (through marriage) from my dad's dad's family - her first husband. He passed away from a heart attack when my dad was 21.
