Training Plan - Phase 2

How can we be over half way through July, with the "second phase" of my training plan about to begin? I chose this coming week to be the start of "phase two" because this is the stretch of weeks I will not have to worry about work! :)  Hoping that means I can fit in some double workout days. Build some strength. Shed some pounds. See some progress.

Don't get me wrong - "phase one" was great. I absolutely feel like I have established a base and put consistent work outs back into my routine. I am feeling ready for what is next though!

Here is where I posted Phase 1 - and the only reason I split my training into several phases is because a) I couldn't plan out 20+ weeks at one time.  & b) I knew I needed to build my base and change my plans based on progress I would make a long the way.

Without further ado -

Some side notes:
XT - cross train: will be mostly kettle bells, some cycling and kickboxing, and some TRX classes.
AR - active recovery: will continue to be walking the dog, stretching or yoga, or even just rest days. The summer traveling continues!
Double workouts are generally one morning/one evening or a 30minute TRX class followed by some miles. Some XT days will consist of two workouts as well, I just didn't put them all on here.
*This run will most likely not be a run at all. We will be camping and I will likely hike my miles. Love the trails where we are going.
**No YMCA this week; so I don't know what this week will look like for sure.
WR = the Women Rock races. I am doing the 2.5k at Ava's pace, followed my the 10k on Saturday!

Ready to step it up, and end my summer at the top of my game! Plus what could be better than a comeback race to move me closer to my goal of a fall half-marathon!
