Motivational Monday: 7.6.15

 

Seriously.

I feel so much better than a month ago just from adding work outs back into my regular routine. I read an article not long ago, and one of the lines that hit me the most was the one that eluded to running and exercise being the best anti-depressant out there. I feel like I am living proof of that. I just hadn't seen it for a long time because I was doing it consistently. I've realized over the last month how much letting that piece of my life go affected my ability to cope with everything this winter/spring so negatively. Hopefully next time life throws me a curve ball, I will remember this.
