Motivational Monday: 7.20.15



Taking one step at a time. One workout at a time. One week at a time.

Getting my confidence back. Striving for strength. Speed.

Pushing forward.

Are things perfect and according to plan at all times? No. Am I happy-go-lucky, with no emotions regarding the events of the winter/spring? No.

But one step at a time .... I'll get back there. In time, I will understand.

Here we go. Another week to heal. To live. To achieve goals.
