Goals were:
1. Run 56 miles
From what I can tell by going back on the blog is I ended with 21.5. Nothing to brag about. But that doesn't count any miles on the elliptical, bike, or video workouts. Thankfully, I ended on a strong note. I am curious - how do you count your cross training miles?
2. Lose Inches
at last measurement the numbers were the same. But, my current jeans are starting to feel big. Yet, the smaller, pre-pregnancy ones, not quite fitting. 1 pair I can get on, but they are not comfortable. The other pair, though the same size and brand, don't fit at all yet.
3. Lose 11.65lbs
I knew this was going to be very, very difficult. And you already know it was a yo-yo month. Tuesday's weight was 183.4. (And by the way, I did not obsess, but also did not stay away from the scale like I had wanted to) For the week that is +1. For the month it is +1.2. For the year it is -6.1.
4. Run 4-5 miles easy.
Haven't hit 5 miles yet. But 4 miles is feeling awfully good!
5. Make better food choices.
You can read about that {here}. I would say progress = success.
6. Scrapbook. Get a hair cut.
Though I did embark on one creative project, I haven't started my list of current scrapping projects. Hair cut? Check.
7. Prioritize the goal list.
I would say this goal was not met. I guess I say that because I feel like had I done this, instead of a little bit of progress in each goal, I would have made greater strides in the most important. But which ones are most important?
And now, we put one month behind us. And look forward to another.
Watch for those goals later today, or tomorrow!
