Mid-Week
I cannot believe it is already Wednesday. Though I am also not complaining about it! The week is flying by for sure. In order to do what I can to keep myself on track the rest of the week, I best lay out a plan. Tentatively thinking: Wednesday: a run outside with strength work at the gym Thursday: some cross training and strength work (might do a yoga class in the evening?) Friday: cross training and strength work OR a rest day - it just depends Saturday: Long Run. Going for 5 miles Hoping to end the week STRONG! How's your week going?
