Quick post on today's workout before I get to work ....
Still a little later than I would like.
Changed and ready to go @ 6:15.
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Completed just over 1.5 miles in that time frame.
Then I went and did 20 minutes of ab work.
I did some normal crunches.
Some V twists with the stability ball.
A roll out move with the ball.
And then some crunches on the ball.
And a few varieties of the above.
All in all, I think I'll feel those in the morning.
So, a little variation of the cross training work outs I planned for the week.
Yet, a good XT work out.
And I like the flexibility of doing what I feel works for the day anyway!
