Maybe it's Muscle?

After the 180 I saw last week, I was hoping for a good number on the scale this week.
And, while it wasn't what I was hoping for, it wasn't terrible.
181.8.
Down 1.6 from last week.
I know I can't complain about that.
I just feel stuck in the 180's!
But, maybe it's muscle? :)

As for this mornings workout ....

started with 25 minutes on the bike. finished 7.5 miles.
did 10 minutes of abs .... some sitting V-twists, crunches, and bicycle
did 10 minutes of leg work ... squats, stationary lunges, glute presses, leg curls, and hamstring curls
finished with a mile on the elliptical in 20 minutes.

My ankles/shins were a little sore at the beginning.
They felt fine the rest of the day.
But are sore now.
Planning to ice them tonight while watching the Biggest Loser! Wondering how the black team is going to react to the red team sending Arthur home?
