February may not have been all it was cracked up to be.
But, it did end on a high note!
At least in terms of a steady workout regimen & miles ran the last couple of weeks.
So, where do I want to head this month?
Lets see.
1. Run 73 miles.
I did a quick figuration of what I think my workouts will be. 73 miles (if I counted right) is 3 runs per week plus a few miles each week incorporated into cross training workouts. It's doable, if I stay on track.
2. Have at least 10 cross training sessions.
Simple enough - that's two per week.
3. Lose 9 pounds.
A little more realistic than last month, but still pushing myself. Goal is 174.4 on April 1.
4. Get into those jeans!
You know, the ones I talked about in the February recap that don't quite fit yet.
5. Keep up with the food journal.
I'll track this one by sharing some of it at least once a week in a post similar to what I wrote the other day.
6. And the wellness goals: Do something creative. Focus on relationships. Get back to church. I like throwing these in here because I think life is all about being balanced. Diet and exercise don't always complete the whole being. I don't always post about them here, but I do over {here}.

And a little side note on progress so far:
I wasn't happy with Tuesday's weight, so I weighed myself again this morning.
180.4!
Lowest yet (as of recently, not ever). And a great start to March's goals.
Plus I am wearing one of the jeans that are a size smaller, but not one of the two that I love.
Still - how awesome!
